How it started
In 1999, Munier Hantoli and partners with over seventy combined years in the food industry opened a modest pizzeria on Nolensville Pike. They weren't chasing a trend — they were building something to last.

Everything on the menu — hand-tossed pizzas, overstuffed calzones, hearty pastas, and wings that earn their own loyal following — is prepared fresh to order, every single time. No shortcuts, no reheated corners cut.
Recognized for the classics
Roma earned a spot on Atly's list of the 30 best lasagna and cannoli destinations in the country — the kind of recognition that comes from doing the same thing right, year after year.
Twelve locations, one soul
From that first shop, Roma has grown to a dozen locations stretching from Bellevue to Murfreesboro — each one with the same welcome, the same portions, the same food.
A neighborhood staple
At the Donelson location, owner Johnny is known by name — checking on tables, greeting regulars like family. In Franklin, staff ran the restaurant solo through a blizzard weekend without missing a beat. That's just how Roma works.
